Ingredients

2beetroots peeled and grated
1/2lt milk
4 eachsoaked almond,cashews,makhana dates and raisin
2 tbspdeshi ghee
1/4 cupsugar
1 tbspchopped nuts
1 tspcardamom powder

Steps

Grind soaked dry fruits makhana and dates

Heat ghee and add grated beetroot stir fry on medium heat till water dries up

Add ground dry fruit paste fry well
4

Add milk and sugar,let it cook on low flame,stirring in between

When milk dries up add cardamom powder

Halwa is ready
