Karela sabzi. Bitter gourd curry

Wash karela and remove skin and make a slit and remove all seeds. Slice karela in round rings and deep fry them. Once cooked heat oil in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds. Once the oil is heated add sliced onion to oil and sauté for one minute. Add tomatoes and cook for one more minute and add all the ingredients and karela and stir and let it cook for couple of minutes. This Karela sabzi is very tasty and does not taste bitter at all.
