Ingredients

  • 1 kgaloo big slice water for boiling
  • 3 table spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoonchaat masala
  • 1 tea spoonamchur powder
  • 1 tea spooncumin powder
  • 1 tea spooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tea spoonhing
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a pan water add pototo slices boil for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Spread it on a cloth and dry sun

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a deep pan fry potato until white and crispy.mix all spices of potato chips.

  4. 4

    Chips are ready store in air tight container for atleast 1month
