Steps

Firstly take milk in large kadai & bowl it medium flame. Stir continuously till the milk become half quantity.

Add scrapped coconut in milk & stir just for a low flame.

Add sugar in this mixture.

Mix well in low flame until the mixture thickan stirring in between. Now add almond, cashew & cardamom powder mix well.

Grace surface with little bit ghee and pour mixture on it and flattan with the hand or spoon.

Allow it to cool down little bit then cut them into diamond or square shapes.

Store them air tight containers.
