In a wok heat ghee, fry all dry fruits one by one till golden brown colour and take them

In the same pan put grated pumpkin and fry them for 4-5 minutes

Now add grated jaggery and colour mix well so that the jaggery dissolves then cook for few more minutes until the ghee separates from the sides

Then add dry fruits and cardamom powder and switch off the flame

Serve hot tasty pumpkin pudding.
