Mash the boiled potatoes properly.

Turn on the flame, heat a pan and add oil.let the oil heat properly.

Add green chillies, ginger, peas and garlic in a hoy oil.Fry it for a minute on medium flame.

Add turmeric, red chilli powder. Mix it and cook it for few seconds.

Add cashew and fry it for a minute. add mashed potatoes to it. Mix it well.add garam masala, roasted cumin powder.add salt to taste.mix it and cook for 2-3 mins.

Remove the edges of the bread and dip into plain water for 3-4 seconds and squeeze the water gently.

Put Stuffing in the middle and roll it from all sides put the rolls in hot oil and fry on medium flame until it turns into golden colour.

Now serve it with tomato ketchup.
