1 tbspoil
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspAsafoetida
1 tbspsalt
1 tbspchilli powder
1 tbspturmeric powder
1/2 tbspgaram masala
1 tspmango powder
as neededKsuri methi
as neededCoriander leaves

First of all, boil potatoes... Peel off. And still cool

Take a Kadai.. Add oil..jeera, hing. Turn brown colour, add all msala.. Stir well..

Add boiled potatoes.. Mix well

Then add mango powder, garammsala.. Sprinkle coriander leaves and Ksuri methi.

Ready to serve with paranthas
