  • 2 cupLauki grated
  • Salt as per taste
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 pinchasefotida
  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • Oil for fry
  • 1 cupBesan

    Mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    No water required in it coz lauki release it's juice thats enough for making a batter

  3. 3

    Now heat oil and place 1 by 1 ball shape drop in to oil...fry till golden brown
