Cooking Instructions

In a bowl put flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and mix well
- 2
Add 1/2c oil and water and mix just until the dough comes together, don't knead. Leave it for about 15mins
- 3
Divide the dough into two, roll each dough to about an inch and cut into pieces
- 4
Fry the dough in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with tea

These are super sweet treats from India. They're imported in canned forms, but since it looked like I could make them on my own, I gave it a shot. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking.
