Ingredients

  1. 2 headscauliflower medium sized
  2. 11/2 cupwhite flour
  3. 2eggs
  4. 100 mlmilk
  5. 1/2 glasswater
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper,freshly ground
  9. 1 tspmixed herbs(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cauliflower into florets and soak in salty water for 5 minutes to sterilize.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile in a separate bowl pour the flour,eggs,milk,a little water,baking powder,salt,pepper and mixed herbs.

  3. 3

    Whisk ingredients to a smooth,thick consistency to coat broccoli well.

  4. 4

    Drain the cauliflower and dust with a little flour.Dip each floret in batter.Heat oil in a pan to medium hot and cook in batches until lightly browned.

  5. 5

    Place on a tray lined with serviettes.
