Soak basmati rice for 1/2 hr. Then boil the rice and keep it aside.Boil the corns. Fry 2-3 cashews.

Take onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cashews,muskmelon seeds, and tomatoes. Make a paste.

Take Palak, coriander leaves and mint leaves and make a puree.

Now heat butter and oil together. Add the onions paste, saute well.Then add the palak puree. Cook till oil separates the sides.

Now add the dry masalas. Let it cook. Then add the rice, cream and milk. Add water too. Cover the lid and cook till cooked.

Serve in serving bowl, garnish with fried cashews, boiled corn and tomatoe rose and chillies.
