Istly add desi ghee and then add cumin seed and stir for few seconds and then add onion tomato and stir until these got some brown texture.then add the paste of ginger and garlic until it got brown and then add all the msala according to your taste. after that add potato and cauliflower and then mix it well. and cover it with lid for half hour on low flame.potato cauliflower is ready to eat
