Steps

  1. 1

    Mix salt and flour

  2. 2

    Add water gradually it does not take much water so take caution in adding water

  3. 3

    Make a smooth dough

  4. 4

    Take a ball size portion dust with dry flour...Try to roll it with palm or very gently by rolling pin

  5. 5

    Put it on hot tawa and cook from both sides like chapati...Pour desi ghee an serve with daal and kadhi
