Ingredients

  1. 10-12bhindi
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 2karela
  4. 1 tspaamchur powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspchat masala
  7. to tastesalt
  8. as neededoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut the karela and potatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add bhindi deep fry till golden in colour.

  3. 3

    Now add potato and fried it,now karela add in hot oil and fried it.

  4. 4

    Mix all fried veggies in a mixing plate add spices and mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve with lunch /dinner as a side dish
