White Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Cooking Instructions
- 1
If your peanut butter is thick enough to roll with your hands, then great. If not, then let it sit for about an hour, and then add flour for a dough-ish like texture.
- 2
Roll PB into about 10 or 12 balls, then stick with toothpicks and put in freezer for about an hour.
- 3
Melt chocolate in a bowl in hot water. When I make this, my chocolate tends to get thick and chunky so if that happens, put either some cream, milk, or water in it.
- 4
Once chocolate is melted, and PB frozen, dip the PB into the chocolate and put on a plate.
- 5
Put back in the freezer for about another hour and a half.
- 6
If the chocolate on the balls are not as thick as you like, double dip and repeat step 5 over again.
- 7
You can add garnishes if you'd like. Enjoy!

My friend always makes these for her parties and there are NEVER any left at the end of the night. I always thought they were hard to make but finally gave it a shot and it was fool proof. It's a great recipe to have in a last minute potluck situation and you still want to impress your friends. Jaime Vazquez -

When I was in 2nd grade, I had an assignment to bring a family recipe to share with the class cookbook. I submitted brownies, but Barbie Meyers shared this recipe and it instantly became a family favorite. These no bake, bite size treats, can be a favorite for your family now, too. #heirloom Adrianne Meszaros -
