For White layer soak china grass in water & keep aside for 10 minutes.
In a pan add soaked china grass & cook till it melts & then coconut milk.
Once it boils add sugar & salt & cook it for few minutes.
Pour in a glass bowl & let it set. - 2
For Orange layer soak china grass in 1/4 cup warm water for 10 minutes.
In a pan add soaked china grass & water & cook till it all melts.
Add sugar & orange colour. Cook till sugar melts & mix. Remove from flame.
Keep aside & add peach syrup. Add 2 tbsp chopped peach pieces to the mixture.
Pour over coconut layer.
