2 cupspowdered sugar
2 cupsgram flour
1& 3/4 cupsghee

Take a deep pan and put the ghee in it.

When the ghee melts, add gram flour and roast on a medium flame till golden-brown in colour.

Keep aside and let it cool and add powdered sugar. Mix well.

Then, make ladoos (round balls). Serve or store in an air tight container.
