Using a clean cloth, dry then

Cut across 1mausmi at a time as u squeeze using your hand.

Once you are done with all your 4 mausmi, get a clean glass and a sieve

Once done with sieving, transfer it to yet another clean glass ready for service. Garnish with a slice of mausmi.
