Take a large bowl add besan

Add dahi,oil, salt, red chilli, black pepper

Mix it and make dough (not hard and not so soft)

Take a portion of dough from bowl and make cylinder

Take a cooker or any sauce pan add 3 glass of water and boil it

After water is boiled add our cyliderical gaata.let it boil for i-10 min

After this strain gatta from stock and preserve the stock

Cut gatta in pieces

Take a kadhi turn on gas and add oil

Add jerra ginger, green chillies saute it for 2 min

Add tomatoe puree and saute it for 5 min

After this add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder

Saute it for 2 min..add our stock In it

Add gatta piece simmer it for 2 min

Turn off gas... transfer this on to a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves
