Ingredients

30 minutes
10 servings
  • 1ripe pappaya medium size
  • 1 small bowl milk powder
  • 1/2 small bowl powdered sugar
  • 1/2 small bowl desiccated coconut + extra for rolling
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 8-10almonds

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and discard seeds of ripe pappaya.

  2. 2

    Cut pappaya into pieces.

  3. 3

    Churn pappaya pieces into puree.

  4. 4

    Take a nonstic pan,add puree and cook on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Reduce it and stir it continously.

  6. 6

    Add milk powder,sugar powder and dessicated coconut and stir it,till it gets thicken.

  7. 7

    Now cut Almonds and add to the pappaya mixture.

  8. 8

    Add cardamom powder and transfer the mixture in a big plate or bowl and let it cool.

  9. 9

    When cool, make small balls and roll in dessicated coconut.

  10. 10

    Yummy pappaya Laddoo are ready for Dussehra.
