Ingredients

30 min
4 to 5 servings
  • 2 cupjwar flour
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 4 tbspoil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbspginger,garlic,green chilli paste
  • 1 tbspwhite til (sesame)
  • 2 tspajwain
  • 2 tspor as per taste red chilli powder
  • Water as required
  • Oil for deep fry

    Take a big bowl add jwar flour and all purpose flour

    Mix all ingredients

  3. 3

    Make tight dough with water

  4. 4

    Now Grease chakli machine

  5. 5

    Fill dough make chakli

  6. 6

    Now deep fry in hot oil till crispy

  7. 7

    It's healthy and tasty.
