In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar and ghee and mix until it is crumbly. Add water an make dough. Leave it aside wrapped in clingfilm.

In a pan roast almonds and let it cool. Once cool grind it to fine powder. Transfer it in a bowl and add sugar to it and mix well.
Add egg replacer and make a soft dough. - 3
Mix well and make a roll and make a long rectangle strip 1/2 in depth.
Roll the dough in the same shape and cut it with cutter and with the help of crimpers make
designs and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Second option roll both the dough out cut it with cookie cutter and stick them up with edible glue and make design using cookie press or crimpers.
Once baked brush them with honey and sprinkle some gold dust. - 4
Take a ball size dough and colour it red for decoration. With a press make small flowers and stick it if preferred.
