2potatoes
1cauliflower
To tasteginger
To tastesalt
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspgaram masala
oil as needed

Take a pan and add oil in it and add grated ginger.

And add chopped cauliflower, potato, and all spices and mix well and cook for 10- 15 min at low flame.

Now spread garam masala on it.

Now ghobi aaloo is ready.
