At first scraping out the tender coconut flesh.

In a grinder add coconut flesh and coconut water and make a paste.

Heat the mustard oil in a pan, then add chopped onions. Fry the onions until translucent.

Then add ginger garlic paste and chilli paste.Mix them well. Then add salt. After mixing them well pour it in a bowl.

Now clean all tiger prawns..cut and de-vein them.

Now in a mixing bowl add coconut flesh paste, add the fried masala.Then add mustard paste. Add 2 green chillies. Add turmeric powder and sugar.Add salt asper taste and mustard oil.Mix it well. Add prawns in it.

Marinate the prawns for 15-20 mins.

Place the marinated prawns into the daab(coconut).

Then lid it..and seal the gaps with flour dough.

Place it on a gas and cook it on medium flame for 50mins.

Be-careful while opening the lid.Daab chingri is ready. Serve it with rice.
