2Onions paste
1 tbspginger garlic paste
1tomato chopped
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1red chilli whole
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil add cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole

Add eggs and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Now remove it and add ginger garlic paste and saute well
4

Add onion paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
5

Add red chilli Powder and mix well
6

Add tomato and saute well till it is soft
7

Add the eggs and mix well adding garam masala powder
8

Serve and enjoy
