Steps

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Cut the cauliflower into small size. Finely chop the onions, green chilli and garlic.

Cut the paneer into cubes and marinate with pinch of salt and turmeric powder. In the non stick kadai heat oil and fry the paneer until light golden brown. Keep them aside.

In the same oil add cumin seeds. Then add chopped green chilies and garlic and fry for 30-40 seconds. Then add the chopped onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. The flame should be medium-high.

Then add the cubed potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. When the potatoes are fried add the cauliflower and mix them well. Fry them for another 3-4 minutes.

When the cauliflower are fried little bit add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix them very well. The flame should be low.

Now cover the kadai with lid and cook for 15 minutes. In the meanwhile open lid and mix them so that it will not burn.

When the vegetables are tendered add the fried paneer and mix them very well. Then finally add chopped cilantro and mix them. Switch off the flame and serve it with ruti, chapati or rice.
