Measure all the ingredients and put aside

Sieve dry ingredients

Preheat oven at 150 degrees

Cream butter and sugar

Add mala and mix well

Beat one egg per time and add to the mixture

Add strawberry essence

Add dry ingredients now(flour and baking powder)and mix well

Pour barter into muffin cases

Bake for 30 mins
