1 cupPasta
1 tbspOlive oil
1/2 tspMusterd seed (rai)
3 to4Curry leaves
1 tbspPeanuts
1/2 cupCurd
2 tbspMayonnaise
1 tspRed chilli powder
1tbsp choppedCoriander leaves
1 cup Salad ingredients of your choice -capsicum, carrot, onion
Finally chopped
Salt and pepper as per test
1 tspLemon juice

Heat oil in a pan and sputter rai. Add in curry leaves and peanuts and let them cook. Then add in mayonnaise, lemon juice. salad veggies,salt, Red chilli powder and pasta mix well. Check for seasoning. Add in curd and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
