Clean Methi leaves wash well drain out water

Take flour in a bowl add methi and dry spices with oil,knead well add 1tspn ghee here mix well,keep covered

Blanch or boil sweet corn and keep ready

Make portions of dough roll disc then keep boiled and drained corn,coriander and little red chilli powder

Close the two discs with corn filling,lightly roll.

Place on to hot Tava

Pan fry both sides browning little

Cut them into triangles deserve hot with favourite pickles chutneys butter or dahi
