Wash the rice and mix the rice with turmeric and Ghee

Dry of the mix

Get your preferred Rice Utensil.Heat it with Ghee and Bay leaves.

Add cardamom, cinnamon & clove

Mix the rice with it now..And stir it for some time.

Add water 4:1(quantity of your mixture).

Once it starts boiling add sugar and salt(according to taste)

Turn off the heat and add cashew and raisin

Once it's cool make sure you shake the container to make sure it's not getting sticky
