Dough
Mix all the ingredients and make a dough using warm water. Knead and cover and leave it to rest for 10 minutes. - 2
Heat the tawa on medium flame.
Take a lemon size dough and roll it using dry flour if required. Roll it in round shape.
Transfer on preheated tawa and roast both sides. You can use a little ghee to roast it both sides.
Enjoy with plain yogurt - 3
