  • 1 cupwarm milk or water
  • 1 tspactive yeast
  • 3eggs
  • For the dough
  • 3 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 1/2 cupflour for kneading
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cuppowder milk
  • 4egg's yolk
  • 1/8 tspbaking powder
  • 1/8 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbspactive yeast
  • 1 cupmelted buttet
  • 1 tspbutterscotch flavor

Steps

7:00 hours
  1. 1

    Da farko zaki hade ingredients naki na sponge gaba 1a bowl kiyi mixing nasu saiki ajiye aside for 30mins.

    Idan yayi rising saiki dakko ki zuba ruwa a babban kwano kisa wannan mixed sponge aciki ko kisa a fridge for 5-6 hours.

    Daga nan saiki hade gaba 1 ingredients naki na dough a babban bowl banda melted butter ki ajiye aside.

    Idan away 6 tayi saiki dakko sponge mixed dinki ki zuba akan dough ingredients naki kiyi kneading sosai.

    Zaki ga yayi ruwa-ruwa ba kamar normal dough din doughnuts ba sai ki dinga barbada flour kina kneading harya zama normal dough.

  6. 6

    Saiki dakko wannan melted butter kina zubawa kina kneading harya shige gaba 1 zaki ga yayi kyau a ido.

    Daga nan saiki dakko chopping board ki murza kisa doughnuts cutter ko abinda kike dashi kiyi cutting.

  8. 8

    Saiki barbada flour akan tray ki jera dough dinki ki rufe da kitchen towels ko leda babba kisa a rana ko guri mai dumi for 15-20min.

    Gashi yayi raising saura suya.

  10. 10

    Saiki dora mai akan stove at low temp ki fara suya, idan yayi saiki tsame kisa a collandar.

    Sponge doughnuts is ready
