Ingredients

20-30 mins
6-8 servings
  • 1/2 kgChicken keema
  • 1 cupGreen onion (chopped)
  • 1 cupCilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2Onion (large size)
  • 2-3Tomatoes (sliced and 1 chopped)
  • 2 TbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2-3Green chillies
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 TspRaw papaya paste
  • 2 TspFresh cream
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 TspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tspCumin(crushed or ground)
  • 2 TspCoriander
  • 2 TbspGaram masala
  • 1 TspCrushed Red chilli
  • 1/2 TspAjwain (carom seeds)
  • Oil - for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all scrambled the eggs in the pan then take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients into the bowl.

  2. 2

    Add scrambled eggs and small pieces of tomato to the keema with all ingredients mix well and left this for 1/2 Hour after 1/2 hour pour some oil into the pan and made big flat kebab from the mixture and fried it properly
