Make potato mash by putting potatoes in large saucepan of cold water and bring to boil and cook till tender all the way through. Drain well. Return to the pan with the butter. Use a potato masher or fork to mash until smooth. Add cream and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook stirring, for 5 minutes or until soft. Add lamb mince and cook breaking up any lumps, for 5 minutes or until lamb changes colour.

Make gravy paste by adding equal parts of cold water to gravy powder and add to mince while stirring. This will thicken mix, add more gravy or water to adjust consistency.
Add frozen vegetables, Bring to the boil. While stirring to avoid burning. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Sit aside to cool. - 4
Preheat oven to 200C. Spoon lamb mixture into 4 individual ovenproof baking dish. Using piping bag, pipe on mashed potato. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until mashed potato is golden brown. Serve immediately
