Ingredients

15-14 servings
  1. 500 gmMinced chicken
  2. 2 tbspGinger paste
  3. 3 tbspGarlic paste
  4. 1 tbspPapaya paste
  5. 2 tbspCashew paste
  6. 1/2 cupCashew pieces(finely chopped)
  7. 150 gmCoriander leaves (grind to paste)
  8. 10 Green chillies (grind to paste)
  9. 2 tspGaram masala powder
  10. 1 tspBhuna zeera/ roasted cumin powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tbspBesan bhuna hua / roasted gram flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the minced chicken once and add ginger garlic paste, coriander paste, green chillies paste, papaya paste, garam masala, cashew paste, cashew chopped, bhuna zeera powder, salt to taste, bhuna besan.

    Mix all the ingredients together and divide the meat into small balls.

  3. 3

    Now shape the balls into a kebab shape and shallow fry it on tawa with little butter.

  4. 4

    Serve hot kebab with mayonaisse or green chutney dip.
