Then take a bowl and add gram flour,arrowroot and white flour put water to make a better. It should not too thin

Then take a wok heat the oil for deep fry

Now coat the cut potatoes with the batter

Put the coated potatoes one by one for deep fry in oil

Fry it till it become crispy
