Ingredients

  1. 4egg whites
  2. 30 gsugar
  3. 30 gmelted dark chocolate

Steps

  1. 1

    Whiz up the egg whites for 5 minutes until the form peaks then add the sugar slowly. Whiz for a further 5 minutes.

    Pipe the meringue onto grease proof paper and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.

    Decorate little faces with melted dark chocolate when totally cooled.
