1 cupCoarsly grinded wheat flour
3/4 cupgrated lauki
1/4 cupchopped fresh coriander leaves
to tasteSalt
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
1 tablespoonred chilli powder
1 tablespoonsugar
1 tablespoonsesame seeds
1 teaspoonlemon juice
2-3 teaspoonoil
Oil for frying

Mix all above ingredients well.

Add 2-3 tablespoon water if required and make dough form.

Make equal size balls and give muthiya shape.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and enjoy.
