Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 cupCoarsly grinded wheat flour
  • 3/4 cupgrated lauki
  • 1/4 cupchopped fresh coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonsesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  • 2-3 teaspoonoil
  • Oil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients well.

  2. 2

    Add 2-3 tablespoon water if required and make dough form.

  3. 3

    Make equal size balls and give muthiya shape.

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and enjoy.
