Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupCoarsly grinded wheat flour
  2. 3/4 cupgrated lauki
  3. 1/4 cupchopped fresh coriander leaves
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  7. 1 tablespoonsugar
  8. 1 tablespoonsesame seeds
  9. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  10. 2-3 teaspoonoil
  11. Oil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients well.

  2. 2

    Add 2-3 tablespoon water if required and make dough form.

  3. 3

    Make equal size balls and give muthiya shape.

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and enjoy.
