Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsraisins
  2. 100 gmsdates
  3. 100 gmscashew nuts
  4. 2star fruits
  5. 50 gmscherries
  6. 50 gmscoconut
  7. 10 Indian plum
  8. 250 gmssugar or jaggery
  9. 2 tbspveg oil
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tomatoes
  12. 1 tspwhole spice
  13. 2cardamom
  14. 1bay leaves
  15. 1cinnamon stick

Steps

  1. 1

    At first soak the dry fruits in water for a while.

  2. 2

    Cut the star fruits in slices

  3. 3

    Add oil in a pan. Add bay leaves and whole spice

  4. 4

    Add star fruits and tomatoes, Cook for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add all the ingredients

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 minutes add cardamom powder and cinnamon powder.

  7. 7

    It is ready to serve
