Using pre-made puff pastry, roll it out into an even sheet approximately 10cm by 40cm and 2 mm thick.

Pipe your cream cheese length ways down the centre of the pastry and top with cooked spinach.

Fold the pastry lengthways and press with a fork to seal.
- 4
Cut the pastry into 2cm pieces.
- 5
Place on an non-stick tray and cook at 190 degrees celcius until golden brown.
