Today I made instant Jalebi with Rooh afza twist for a great Rose flavour. It has really fantastic taste.

Today I made instant Jalebi with Rooh afza twist for a great Rose flavour. It has really fantastic taste.
Steps

Take refined flour in a bowl,Mix salt and oil in this.

Add water to make a pouring consistency.

There should not be any lumps.

Batter should not be as thick as pakoras,it should be some pouring consistency.

Heat a Pan add water and sugar.

After sometime add Rooh afza.

Chashni should be thin otherwise jalebi don't absorb chashni.

Mix eno fruit salt in the batter and instantly fill it in jalebi maker or milk polythene.

Make shape of Jalebi in oil.

Now fry jalebi in medium hot oil.

After frying Jalebi instantly dip in chasni, with this it absorb more chashni.

Serve Jalebi with drizzle rooh afja.
