Ingredients

  • 250 GramsAll Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 TablespoonDry Fenugreek Leave (Kasuri Methi)
  • 1 BunchFinely chopped Green Coriander (Barik Kata Hara Dhaniya)
  • 1 TeaspoonCaraway Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1 TeaspoonCumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 TablespoonRed Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
  • 1 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
  • 1 TablespoonGinger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lasoon Paste)
  • 1 TeaspoonCumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
  • 1/2 TeaspoonWhole Spice Powder (Garam Masala Powder)
  • According to Taste - Salt
  • Oil - As per Requirement

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl add all-purpose flour, red chilli, turmeric, cumin & whole spice powder, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green coriander, dry fenugreek leaves, cumin & caraway seeds, 2 table spoon add oil and salt according to taste. Mix all ingredients

  2. 2

    Knead a tight dough by adding water as per requirement. Rest the dough for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Divide the dough in equal portion. Place each portion on rolling board and slightly press it your palm and make a flat surface

  4. 4

    Make pricks on both sides of the mathari by using fork

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a kadai, once the oil is hot, add mathari. Fry them till they turn golden brown

  6. 6

    Now the dish ready to be served with hot cup of Adrakwali Chai
