Ingredients

  1. Flour(optional) Semolina Yeast,lil sugar $ salt Water as req

Steps

  1. 1

    Get ur bowl pour semolina and flour after sieving,the semolina should be much more than flour.

  2. 2

    Add yeast,pinch of salt and sugar mix all the dry ingredient well.

  3. 3

    Start adding water little by little mix it all very well.
    Make sure that the mixture is not too thick nor too watering.

  4. 4

    After that,cover it and keep it in warm place to rise.

  5. 5

    After rising,take the mixture and mix it again.
    Place ur pan on fire add oil when hot deep ur hand inside water/oil so that when u put ur hand inside the mixture it will not stick.

  6. 6

    With ur hand take a little mixture make a hole in the middle and put it inside the hot oil.
    Fry it till golden brown.
    You can eat it with any soup,taushe,onion sauce,stew,spinach sauce(alaiyahu) or even sugar.

  7. 7

    Walah...!you have ur semolina and flour fankaso.
    note:you can use semolina only without mixing it with flour,but when u fry it,it is white in colour not golden brown.
    and its same method.
