I got another way of using my semolina.
Some only make tuwo,masa or pap with it.

I got another way of using my semolina.
Some only make tuwo,masa or pap with it.
Steps

Get ur bowl pour semolina and flour after sieving,the semolina should be much more than flour.

Add yeast,pinch of salt and sugar mix all the dry ingredient well.

Start adding water little by little mix it all very well.
Make sure that the mixture is not too thick nor too watering. - 4
After that,cover it and keep it in warm place to rise.

After rising,take the mixture and mix it again.
Place ur pan on fire add oil when hot deep ur hand inside water/oil so that when u put ur hand inside the mixture it will not stick. - 6
With ur hand take a little mixture make a hole in the middle and put it inside the hot oil.
Fry it till golden brown.
You can eat it with any soup,taushe,onion sauce,stew,spinach sauce(alaiyahu) or even sugar. - 7
Walah...!you have ur semolina and flour fankaso.
note:you can use semolina only without mixing it with flour,but when u fry it,it is white in colour not golden brown.
