First take a non stick pan and add ghee

Add milk and mix both at low flame

After 2 minutes add milk powder and stir it continuously

When all things mix up together then add sugar powder and vanilla essense

Now consistency of mixture become little liquid but stir continuously until mixture leave the pan.

As soon as mixture leave the pan,do a plate test by taking some mixture in plate and try to roll it.If it rolls like a ball and do not stick on your fingers.It means mixture is ready,do turn of the flame

Now grease a plate or tray and pour the mixture in it and give it a shape of ur choice.

Now add kaju silver verk and make a little cuts of ur choice.

Now let it cool down for 20 minutes.And cut into pieces like chocolate

Your chocolate baar is ready to eat.it taste just like barbone and five-star.
