    Wash the fowl meat and put in the pot

  2. 2

    Stir fry all the local spices, blend with pepper and add in the pot. Chop onion and leaves, add too.

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and a cup of water. Put on fire and cook for 20mins to allow the meat to tenderise well
