Baingan cut in small pieces and fry in oil keep aside sprinkle salt

Roast red chilli and cumin...grind it and mix in dahi with black salt keep aside

Heat oil add panch phoran red chilli curry leaves and bay leaves add dahi mix and salt and sugar mix it well add baingan.
