Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowldahi/ curd
  • 2large baingan / egg plant
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspPanch phoran/Bengal five spices
  • 4-5curry leaves
  • 2bay leaves
  • 4whole red chilli dry
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Baingan cut in small pieces and fry in oil keep aside sprinkle salt

  2. 2

    Roast red chilli and cumin...grind it and mix in dahi with black salt keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat oil add panch phoran red chilli curry leaves and bay leaves add dahi mix and salt and sugar mix it well add baingan.
