  • 100 gflour
  • 34gbutter
  • 30 mlcold water
  • fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub in the flour and butter..

  2. 2

    Add water and mix.

  3. 3

    Roll the dough and cut into circles

  4. 4

    Oil the muffin tins andput the circles in it...

  5. 5

    Perforate the circles and place greese prove paper and put a kitchen stone on it..

  6. 6

    Take it to oven for few minutes...

  7. 7

    Brush them with apricot jamand arrange the fruits on it...

  8. 8

    Garnish with cream
